WARRANTY & QUALITY PROMISE
We want you to love your Rebel73 piece. Each style is handled with care and inspected before it ships. If you believe your jewelry has arrived with a manufacturing issue, our Customer Care team is here to help.
Jewelry is delicate by nature, and many Rebel73 pieces feature plated, natural, or hand-finished materials. Proper care will help preserve the appearance and longevity of your piece.
MANUFACTURING ISSUES
A manufacturing issue is a problem related to the construction or craftsmanship of the jewelry rather than damage resulting from wear, accidental damage, or improper care.
Examples may include:
• A faulty clasp or closure
• A loose stone, pearl, charm, or component resulting from craftsmanship
• A broken link or hardware resulting from a production issue
• Another construction or finish issue determined by Rebel73 to be a manufacturing defect
All claims are subject to review by Rebel73.
QUALITY REVIEW
If you believe your piece has a manufacturing issue, please contact Customer Care before having the item repaired, altered, or modified.
Please be prepared to provide:
• Your order number or proof of purchase
• Clear photographs of the item
• A brief description of the issue
The item may need to be reviewed by Rebel73 before an appropriate resolution can be determined.
WHAT IS NOT CONSIDERED A MANUFACTURING DEFECT
Normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, and changes that occur naturally through use are not considered manufacturing defects.
This may include:
• Scratches, dents, chips, or surface wear from regular use
• Tarnishing, fading, or plating wear resulting from normal wear or exposure to moisture, sweat, perfume, lotions, or chemicals
• Damage caused by dropping, pulling, bending, crushing, or accidental impact
• Chain, clasp, charm, or component damage caused by force or wear over time
• Lost or stolen jewelry
• Lost stones, charms, or components after wear unless determined by Rebel73 to result from a manufacturing issue
• Natural variations in gemstones, pearls, enamel, CZ, beads, or hand-finished components
• Changes caused by exposure to water, saltwater, chlorine, cosmetics, cleaning products, or fragrance
• Damage associated with repairs, resizing, replating, alterations, or modifications performed by a third party
PLATED & DELICATE FINISHES
Plated jewelry and delicate finishes naturally change with wear over time. This is part of the normal life of the jewelry and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
To help preserve your piece, avoid unnecessary exposure to water, sweat, perfume, lotions, cosmetics, household chemicals, and cleaning products.
When not being worn, store your jewelry carefully in a pouch, jewelry box, or other soft-lined space to help protect it from scratching and unnecessary exposure.
NATURAL & HAND-FINISHED MATERIALS
Natural stones, pearls, beads, enamel, CZ, and hand-finished details may vary slightly from piece to piece.
Differences in color, tone, shape, pattern, texture, surface characteristics, or inclusions may occur and contribute to the individual character of each piece. These variations are not considered defects.
REPAIRS & RESOLUTIONS
If Rebel73 determines that an issue is related to manufacturing or craftsmanship, our team will review the available options based on the nature of the issue and the availability of the piece or its components.
Because many Rebel73 styles are limited, seasonal, or produced in small runs, an identical replacement or component may not always be available.
Any available repair, replacement, or other resolution will be communicated by Customer Care after the item has been reviewed.
THIRD-PARTY REPAIRS & ALTERATIONS
Please contact Rebel73 before having a piece repaired, resized, replated, altered, or otherwise modified by another jeweler or third party.
Third-party work may prevent Rebel73 from determining the original cause of an issue and may affect our ability to provide assistance.
