All preorder purchases are FINAL SALE. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
Each product page will clearly identify the item as a preorder and provide the estimated production and/or shipping timeframe available at the time of purchase. Please review these details carefully before completing your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Rebel73 Customer Care as soon as possible.
Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, clear photographs of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Issues involving craftsmanship, materials, or product quality will be reviewed in accordance with our Warranty & Quality Promise.
Damage resulting from normal wear, misuse, improper care, exposure to water or chemicals, or accidental impact is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Jewelry may naturally change with wear over time.
Normal wear and tear, plating wear, tarnishing, or damage caused by improper care are not considered manufacturing defects.
To help preserve your jewelry, follow the care instructions provided by Rebel73 and avoid unnecessary exposure to water, sweat, perfume, lotions, chemicals, cleaning products, and impact.
